Reasons Why You Can’t Sustain Your Weight Loss Plan

When you are motivated you can achieve almost anything you set out to do. This is why motivation is so important when it comes to weight loss and health.
Fear of Change: Most of us see change as a crisis that may cause discomfort and loss. With time and age, the fear of change becomes even more deep-seated, and the comfort of the routine is addictive and makes us uncomfortably numb.
Expecting The Worst: Many of us don’t expect great things to happen to us which includes good health and great figure. So we resign ourselves to the worst. We overlook our talents and gifts because we measure ourselves through the lenses of others.
Anger: Anger turned in wards leads to self destructive behaviour, such as over eating, alcoholism, addictive smoking and rash driving.
Giving Up Before Trying: Procrastination and laziness are actually manifestations of doomed to failure. People give us at various stages. Some work out a plan in their heads, decide the process is futile and hence don’t even try. Others try half heartedly.
Fear of Failure: When you are sure you will fail, you will avoid doing things and prefer sticking to the status quo.
