Former model-cum-actor Sofia Hayat, who has now turned nun and adopted the name of Gaia Mother Sofia. Sofia has left her raunchy past far behind, and has taken the high road to spiritual enlightenment. Draped in her nun avatar, the former glamour siren said, "This (silicon implants) was a fake reality that I was putting on display then. I don't live my life physically for other people."
When asked how difficult was it to desist from sex to take on the celibate life of a nun, Sofia said, "I had an active sex life. I had boyfriends. The change happened in July 2015. I asked myself, 'Why am I not feeling anymore desires?' And that is when I took this path and discovered the real me. I don't have any more physical desires left in my body."
Earlier in April, Sofia had posted a message on her Instagram account that indicated a change in heart. “We are beautiful without makeup...hair colour...fashion... We are perfect as we are. I’m sorry I gave you the impression otherwise. I am changed. I love you all. Gaia Sofia Mother.”
At one point, Sofia wrote, “When I was 16, I used to admire people with luxuries. Now I admire people with inner peace.”
For someone who was infamous among her followers for posting raunchy videos on her social media profiles, Sofia has only one message for her fans. "Those who were looking at me from a physical point of view, I have to tell them to stop objectifying women. Those who want the physical Sofia back will never get it ever again," remarked the former model-cum-actress.
